Summit in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to lead a correctional kitchen team, coordinate meal preparation, train staff, and ensure sanitation and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee portioning, appearance, and temperature of all food items, ensure on-time service, and supervise a team while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch cooking environment.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and train staff in all aspects of food service and sanitation; ensure meals begin on time; ensure portions, appearance and temperature meet quality standards.
