Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a skilled food preparer to manage kitchen tasks, including preparing and portioning food for various outlets. The ideal candidate will have a background in cooking methods, exceptional knife handling skills, and the ability to oversee kitchen operations in the absence of a Sous Chef.
