Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of upscale food preparation in high-volume catering operation or restaurant.
• Culinary degree or certification preferred.
• Proficient in all cooking methods: Grilling to temperature, sautéing, roasting, braising, deep frying, poaching.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items from posted production lists.
• Cook and present menu items to specification.
• Adhere to food and work safety procedures and keep organized work area.
• Lead small groups to execute event foods.
• Work club concession stands and action stations as needed.
• Some roles may require strict confidentiality.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
