Qualifications

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings

• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities
• Willingness to travel frequently for projects nationwide

Responsibilities

• Advocate safety as a top priority and enforce safety plans
• Supervise and coordinate management of construction projects with stakeholders
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with budgets
• Prepare project status and progress reports
• Oversee plans/drawings review and shop drawing coordination
• Procure tools/materials to meet the work schedule
• Recruit and direct onsite field personnel in line with HR policies
• Ensure schedules, staffing, and procurement meet project timelines
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and enforce company policies
