Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in concrete operations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance; people management ability.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA knowledge or awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assists Superintendent with duties and responsibilities on assigned jobs.
• Advocates safety and enforces safety plans and regulations.
• Supervises and coordinates on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Coordinates with Estimating, Division Management and Project Management to supervise projects.
• Develops production plans with budget goals in mind.
• Prepares project status, payroll, and compliance reports.
• Ensures schedules are adhered to and materials/tools are procured.
