Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules (OSHA).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; report to management.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance; people management skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Advocates safety as a top priority and enforces safety plans and policies.
• Supervises and coordinates management of construction projects with owners, designers and subcontractors.
• Develops and implements production plans with budget goals in mind.
• Prepares project status reports and payroll documentation as needed.
• Reviews plans and shop drawings for contract compliance and coordination.
• Procures tools and materials to align with the work schedule.
• Determines staffing levels and timing for project phases.
• Directs on-site personnel in accordance with HR processes.
• Coordinates with supervisors to resolve complaints and improve methods.
• Ensures schedules are met by staffing and procurement; oversees subcontractors.
• Enforces company policies and coordinates regulatory inspections.
