Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is hiring a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site activities for residential multi-family projects. You will coordinate field operations, manage scheduling, and ensure work complies with contract documents and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Construction or Civil degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in multi-family construction, with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Project and a valid driver’s license. OSHA training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction of multi‑family projects.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
• Experience coordinating permits, safety, scheduling and quality control.
• OSHA 10/30 certifications a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and material staging on site.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and administrative duties.
• Supervise on-site construction to ensure compliance with plans and schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries and site logistics to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality assurance per contract documents.
