Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Houston seeks a project lead to supervise craft professionals on LNG/energy construction. You will direct team activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality policies are followed on site.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with multiple years of experience in construction/energy sectors. Willingness to relocate and mobility across projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of Bechtel’s Zero Accident Philosophy.
• Knowledge of the Project ES&H Handbook and Bechtel Core Processes.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and Direct Hire workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities and work schedules; coordinate subcontract work activities.
• Ensure tools and resources are available; ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and job site rules.
• Oversee coordination with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.
