Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a seasoned project leader in Houston, TX to supervise craft professionals on LNG plant projects. You will oversee schedules, coordinate subcontract work and ensure teams have tools to perform under safety, quality, and project standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and substantial field experience in heavy industrial construction, with willingness to mobility across Bechtel's global business units.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with cryogenic insulation, acoustic insulation, and hot insulation.
• Experience supervising direct-hire workforce on large projects.
• Knowledge of Bechtel safety and project quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise craft professionals and superintendents on a project.
• Direct craft activities and work schedules, coordinate subcontract work.
• Ensure tools, materials and equipment are available for productive work.
• Ensure compliance with design documents, policies, and budgets.
