Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft professional activities and work schedules; coordinate subcontract work activities.
• Ensure crews have the tools required and comply with project policies, procedures, and rules.
• Develop a 3-week look ahead schedule and manage safety, quality, and budgets.
• Collaborate with field engineers and foremen to interpret design documents and provide engineering solutions.
