Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a seasoned project leadership professional for LNG plant projects in the US Gulf Coast. You will lead a team of superintendents and craft professionals, directing activities, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to meet safety, quality, and budget objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of construction leadership, a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent), and working knowledge of Bechtel’s safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of Bechtel’s Zero Accident Philosophy and related ES&H standards.
• Experience on LNG construction sites, preferably along the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities, schedule work, and coordinate subcontractor work.
• Ensure tools, policies, procedures, and safety rules are followed and budgets met.
• Collaborate with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and craft teams on technical documents.
