Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced project leader to supervise craft professionals on LNG construction projects. You will direct activities, schedule work, and ensure compliance with design documents, budgets and safety standards across multiple subsystems.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or international equivalent with substantial experience in energy or process industries, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams on large-scale EPC projects along the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years in lieu of degree.
LNG construction site experience, especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast.
Experience in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing or power plants.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead a team and supervise superintendents and craft professionals on a project.
Direct craft activities, coordinate schedules, and monitor subcontract work.
Ensure tools, materials and equipment are available and standards are met.
Maintain safety and quality by using current design documents and approvals.
Develop and review 3-week look-ahead schedules and manage workforce requirements.
Collaborate with field engineers, foremen and subcontractors to resolve issues.
