Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation in Houston is seeking a senior construction supervisor to lead a team of craft professionals on major projects. You will direct activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets on LNG and related energy infrastructure.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, excellent communication, and the ability to mobilize on potentially multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, 14–17 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.
• Ability to develop a 3-week look ahead schedule for work operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals.
• Direct craft activities, work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work.
• Ensure tools, materials and equipment are available and productive.
• Ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and budgets.
• Work with engineers and foremen to interpret technical documents.
