Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a project leader to oversee construction from inception to completion at mission-critical facilities. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, document control, and collaboration with engineers to drive prefab processes. Applicants should hold a Top Secret clearance and a high school diploma or GED, with CPM scheduling proficiency and OSHA certification as assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience installing conduit and wiring systems.
• Experience overseeing monthly job cost updates, productivity reports, and quarterly cash flow projections.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling method and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, scheduling, site safety, and permits.
• Lead resource-loaded schedules and ensure accurate org charts.
• Prepare and review project documentation including Change Orders and RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes, and industry standards.
