Job summary

M.C. Dean, a leader in cyber‑physical systems, seeks a Project Manager to oversee automation projects for mission‑critical facilities.

You will define scope, plans, and milestones, lead engineers and technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. The ideal candidate has PMI or CAP, Primavera P6 scheduling experience, strong financial literacy, and ability to manage cross‑functional teams and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and project financials.
• PM certifications (PMP or CAP) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automation systems projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Coach engineers and technicians and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and client communications.
