Job summary

M.C. Dean, a leading Building Intelligence company based in Tysons, Virginia, seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding the highest quality standards. The role requires expertise in CPM planning, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, site teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 10+ Years of Experience.
• Experienced installing conduit and wiring systems.
• Experience overseeing scheduling, job cost reports, estimating, safety, documentation and quality control.
• Proficient in CPM scheduling and tracking project progress.
• History of completing projects within estimated hours.
• Reliable attendance at customer sites as required.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, site safety, permits, and QA.
• Develop 12+ week look-ahead schedules and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform take-offs, manage materials and labor forecasting.
• Track time and materials, and report project metrics.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained before work.
