Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, seeks a Construction Site Superintendent to lead on-site activities from pre-construction through commissioning. You will coordinate HVAC/mechanical and commercial teams, develop schedules, and ensure safety and quality on complex projects.

Travel is required to job sites; strong communication skills and experience with post-construction deliverables are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects on HVAC/mechanical and commercial builds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for site teams and owners.
• Ability to develop schedules, coordinate subs, and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract: review drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings; assist with subcontractor selection.
• Construction: develop schedules, manage subs, review safety binder, administer safety program, coordinate equipment lead times.
• Post Construction: address issues, resolve warranties, develop O&M manuals and as-builts.
