Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler in San Diego, CA to assist project teams with the project schedule and communicate critical path impacts during construction.

You will support core services schedulers and maintain schedules using P6 or Microsoft Project, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables across multiple projects. The role requires a four-year degree in a related field and 1–5 years of scheduling experience, with strong proficiency in Excel and project management

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of scheduling experience in construction.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling and construction administration processes.
• Ability to lead and manage project teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and update P6 or MS Project schedules for large projects.
• Collaborate with Estimator(s), Superintendents and Project Managers during preconstruction and GMP.
• Maintain scheduling philosophy and content excellence per WEO policies.
• Provide monthly schedule updates and perform delay analyses as needed.
• Lead resolution of project-specific scheduling issues.
