Job summary

Flintco is seeking an on-site Project Coordinator to assist the project manager with scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects. You will help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while upholding Flintco’s safety and Lean principles.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of construction management experience, a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, and strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of construction management experience including estimating and scheduling.
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with project scheduling, coordination, and monitoring to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and upper management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare preliminary schedules and coordinate detailed schedules using standard scheduling software.
• Ensure prerequisites are prepared and properly administered, including logs and submittals, reviews, and approvals.
• Collaborate with the project superintendent to oversee material delivery and site operations.
• Provide monthly status reports and assist with project billings and client communications.
• Support owner representatives, subcontractors, and architects/engineers to resolve issues and progress.
