Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager within the Advanced Facilities Group to lead core project management activities for large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You will oversee preconstruction, procurement, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to drive on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Responsibilities include managing submittals, change orders, cost forecasts and risk analysis while mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and ensure injury‑free environment.
• Manage prestart and bid process, including buyout scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Develop and update project schedules using Lean principles and manage resources to meet deadlines.
• Prepare cost/margin forecasts and contribute to budgeting and risk analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, field, design team, and vendors.
