Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for its Advanced Facilities Group to lead complex industrial & manufacturing projects, including data centers and semiconductor facilities. You will oversee preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout, while coordinating with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, Lean practices, and strong collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to lead safety culture and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart process and supports preconstruction activities.
• Leads buyout schedules, pricing verification, and subcontractor selection.
• Manages submittal schedules and ensures shop drawings are approved.
• Prepares monthly cost, budget reviews and project closeout processes.
