Job summary

McCownGordon Construction seeks an accomplished project leader to run projects from start to finish with minimal oversight. You will guide preconstruction, startup, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and client relationships to deliver successful outcomes.

You will manage bid packages, procure trades, coordinate self-perform work, monitor safety, documentation, and schedule updates while building strong partnerships with clients, design teams, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops project management plan.
• Leads bid package development and buyout.
• Manages budget, schedule, risk, and overall project documentation.
• Builds strong client and trade partner relationships.
• Ensures safety and quality on site.
