Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 15-20+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to accurately schedule, lead, and develop construction activities or projects.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction planning and project setup for pursuits.
• Develops and manages the overall construction schedules.
• Reviews trade partner scopes and contracts prior to finalization.
• Supports permitting and develops General Conditions and General Requirements.
• Leads site mobilization, construction workflow, and hoisting/rigging plans.
• Safety: manages, prepares, and implements project safety plan with guidance from Safety Department; conducts weekly site safety walks and documents actions.
• Leads ORM process and daily safety documentation.
• Coaches project team and develops risk management strategies.
• Leads preinstallation meetings with trade partners before work starts.
• Ensures project documentation, photos, and changes are captured and communicated.
