Job summary

McCownGordon Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to guide complex construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, and budget management while leading a diverse project team.

You will build strong client and trade-partner relationships, drive safety and QA/QC, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong budget management and cost projections.
• Excellent relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish with proactive leadership.
• Manage preconstruction, planning, and procurement processes.
• Oversee schedule, budget, risk, and quality control.
• Build relationships with clients, design teams, trade partners.
• Lead project meetings and documentation.
