McCownGordon Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator to support preconstruction and lead smaller projects under the Lead Estimator. You will train entry-level estimators, identify design gaps, and help prepare complete estimates for GMP and bidding processes.

The role involves coordinating with design teams, attending owner and project meetings, and developing cost strategies while understanding budgets and schedules across preconstruction to warranty.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Estimating or Preconstruction.
• Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Preconstruction: manage estimates and coordinate with project team to ensure smooth preconstruction.
• Budget Development & Quantity Survey: develop estimates, review risks, and prepare bid materials.
• GMP Development & Bidding: set up bid tab sheets, review documents, and lead bid process.
• Trade Partner & Project Development: manage trade partner bid lists and ensure timely material availability.
