Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to schedule, lead, and develop construction activities or projects.
• Strong safety leadership and risk management mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall construction operations for large, complex projects or multiple projects.
• Trains and mentors associates in career development.
• Develops and manages overall construction schedules.
• Reviews trade partner scopes of work and contract terms.
• Manages project safety plans and weekly safety walkthroughs.
• Manages budget, labor, and material reporting.
• Leads preconstruction planning and kick-off meetings.
• Maintains project documentation and progress meetings.
