Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with concrete specialization for large-scale commercial & industrial projects. You will lead planning, coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule and quality across data centers, core-and-shell, and cast-in-place structures.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Superintendent, proven self-perform concrete experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a related bachelor's degree, and safety certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety or related areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction from development through final build.
• Ensure activities align with the project plan and schedule.
• Lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
• Interface with clients to explain plans and contract terms to staff and contractors.
• Schedule and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials.
