Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our team. We specialize in large-scale commercial and industrial projects, including data centers and concrete slab/structural cast work.

You will oversee all phases from planning to completion and lead a team of workers and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a Superintendent role, proven concrete self-perform experience, strong leadership and planning skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage diverse team of workers and subcontractors.
• Excellent project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety or related areas a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from conceptual development through final construction.
• Ensuring all construction activities align with the project plan.
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to involved staff and contractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies.
