Job description

We are working with a leading concrete contractor specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on a major data center construction project in Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all concrete construction activities on site
• Manage concrete crews, foremen, and subcontractors to meet production and schedule goals
• Coordinate with the General Contractor, project management team, inspectors, and other trades
• Review daily reports, track progress, and proactively address issues or delays

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent or Senior Foreman on large commercial or industrial projects
• Prior experience on data centers, industrial, mission-critical, or large structural concrete projects strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and quality control
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
