Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with a strong background in concrete for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and leading field operations across data centers, manufacturing sites, and multistory structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial and/or industrial projects is a must.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and other relevant areas will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction.
• Ensuring that all construction activities are in alignment with the project plan.
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to involved staff and contractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies.
