Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with a strong concrete specialization to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects. You will oversee all phases from planning to completion, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and materials while enforcing safety, schedule, and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supervision with proven concrete experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications in construction safety are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from development through final construction.
• Ensuring all construction activities align with the project plan and safety standards.
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting plans and contract terms for staff and contractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials.
