Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with a strong concrete background to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects. You will oversee multi-site construction, coordinate teams, and ensure safety and quality while delivering on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in superintendent roles, proven self-perform concrete experience on commercial/industrial sites, and a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Excellent leadership and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and decision-making under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from development through final construction.
• Ensuring activities align with the project plan and schedule.
• Leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met.
• Interacting with clients to explain plans and contract terms.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials.
