Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership to manage diverse teams of workers and subs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and good decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction from development through final build.
• Ensure alignment of activities with project plans and timelines.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors with a focus on safety and quality.
• Interface with clients to explain plans and contract terms.
• Schedule resources: workers, subcontractors, materials.
