Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership to manage diverse construction teams and subcontractors.
• Solid project planning and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with calm decision-making under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project from planning through completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the construction process from development to finish.
• Ensure activities align with the project plan and quality standards.
• Lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality controls at all times.
• Interface with clients, interpreting plans and contract terms for staff and contractors.
• Schedule and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
