Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with a concrete specialization for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. You will oversee field operations on data centers, core/shell structures, and cast-in-place concrete, coordinating teams and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience, self-perform concrete expertise, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage diverse crews.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and other relevant areas will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Strong project planning and execution skills are essential.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to manage diverse teams.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from concept to final build.
• Ensuring all construction activities align with the project plan.
• Leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Upholding safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
• Interacting with clients to explain plans and contract terms.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials.
