Monarch Communities Senior Living seeks a proactive Concierge Team Lead to oversee front desk operations, greet residents and guests, and support sales and marketing through community information.

You will schedule team coverage, manage tasks, assist the Business Operations Director and Sales Counselor, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering excellent customer service. This role offers benefits and opportunities in a compassionate, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to relate to a variety of people.
• Experience working with the senior population.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedules Concierge Team Members to ensure appropriate front desk coverage.
• Assigns daily tasks and ensures completion of tasks.
• Assists the Business Operations Director and Sales Counselor with special projects.
• Maintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers and resident emergency face sheets.
• Monitors security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front door security.
• Answers and screens all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
