Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; high school diploma required.
• Two to three years in luxury hospitality or property management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Suite and Common area reservations; update policies.
• Respond to resident and Board goals regarding amenity rooms and engagement.
• Attend meetings and provide staff training for Concierge team.
• Coordinate weekly schedule and vacation requests; approve with Manager.
• Monitor logs, incidents; handle emergencies and safety procedures.
• Provide concierge services and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
