Responsibilities

• Lead a team of concierge ambassadors and liaise with the property manager.
• Provide anticipatory service and handle resident concerns promptly.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the property manager to identify improvements.
• Manage team schedules and oversee weekly payroll.
• Develop and implement new SOPs to improve operations.
• Foster a positive work culture and enforce standards.
• Participate in regional calls and internal leadership activities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
