Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee and grow compounding capabilities and act as a subject matter expert for compounded treatments. You will maximize quality and patient safety while dispensing medications per federal and state rules.

Day shift options include Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat, 7am–5:30pm. You will train staff, review materials, and coordinate with R&D for new formulations, maintaining safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Active Pharmacist License in Ohio.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Ability to work flexible shift times.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document compounding procedures and QC checks.
• Train and evaluate compounding personnel.
• Review and approve materials for use in compounding.
• Oversee equipment use and monitor the compounding environment.
• Develop and scale-up new compounded formulations.
• Follow safety guidelines for compounding medications (USP <795>, <800>).
• Provide patient counseling and address drug-related questions.
