Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Scottsdale, AZ to supervise the compounding laboratory, ensure quality and patient safety, and develop SOPs and training materials. You will report to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and PIC, driving adherence to USP standards and state/federal regulations.

This role includes oversight of technicians, documentation, and participation in CQI initiatives, with a $9/hour shift differential and evening hours 5:30pm–4:00am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all compounding personnel including technicians.
• Perform and document compounding procedures and quality checks.
• Verify records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Assist in training and evaluation of staff.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of compounding equipment.

2+ years of pharmacist experience

Education

Arizona Pharmacist License
