Job summary

Taleo is seeking a senior Operations Manager to oversee the Career Pathways Training (CPT) program's Compliance & Recruitment Tracking unit in New York. You will supervise staff, manage participant tracking, and ensure workflow and compliance across systems such as iCIMS and CRM tools, while coordinating staffing and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in workforce development, operations, or related leadership roles; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing teams, workflows, compliance monitoring, and performance accountability.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS, including reporting and data auditing.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) for tracking and reporting.
• Experience developing workflows, SOPs, and staff training materials.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel across NY regions and work a rotating schedule, including remote shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CPT Compliance & Recruitment Tracking operations and staffing.
• Supervise staff responsible for participant tracking, workflow, and compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Coach and support staff to ensure service excellence and workflow consistency.
• Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, and coverage needs.
• Oversee workflows, licensure tracking, and employment verification in iCIMS.
• Monitor compliance risks, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.
• Support grant-funded program requirements and internal procedures.
• Lead development and improvement of CPT workflows and SOPs.
• Collaborate with RPD Data Analysts and stakeholders on system improvements and reporting.
• Generate and oversee operational and compliance reports for leadership.
