Job summary

1199SEIU Funds is seeking a skilled CPT Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staff performance, and compliance tracking within the Career Pathways Training program. You will manage participant workflows, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical abilities, and experience with iCIMS and Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Remote/hybrid work supported with rotating shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years in workforce development/operations leadership roles with supervisory experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably iCIMS) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Proven ability to manage workflows, compliance monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CPT Compliance & Recruitment Tracking unit daily operations and workflow management.
• Direct supervise staff responsible for participant tracking and recruitment support.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure service excellence.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, workload balancing, and extended-hour staffing.
• Oversee participant workflows, licensure tracking, employment verification, and placement outcomes in iCIMS and related systems.
• Monitor compliance risks and corrective actions for participant records and workflows.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of CPT workflows and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to support workflow improvements and system optimizations.
• Generate and oversee operational and compliance reports and state-related reporting requests.
• Monitor KPIs related to engagement, progression, and placement outcomes.
