Job summary

1199SEIU Training and Employment Funds seeks a Senior CPT Operations Manager to oversee the Career Pathways Training program's Compliance & Recruitment Tracking unit. You will supervise staff, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to ensure accurate participant tracking and high-quality service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, workflow design, and data reporting, with a focus on compliance and program outcomes across iCIMS and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Workforce Development, Operations Management, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in workforce development, operations management, or related leadership with 2+ years supervising staff.
• Experience managing teams, workflows, and compliance monitoring in fast-paced settings.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) and CRM systems (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Oversee CPT Compliance & Recruitment Tracking unit daily operations.
• Supervise staff responsible for participant tracking, recruitment support, and workflow progression.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staff development activities.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure service excellence.
• Oversee CPT workflows, licensure tracking, and placement outcomes in iCIMS and related systems.
• Generate and review operational, compliance, and participant-tracking reports for leadership.
