Job summary

1199SEIU Training and Employment Funds seeks a senior operations leader to oversee the Career Pathways Training (CPT) Compliance & Recruitment Tracking unit in New York. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate participant tracking, and drive workflow improvements and reporting accuracy across iCIMS and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, workforce development or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years in workforce development or operations leadership; two years supervising staff.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) and CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CPT program daily operations: tracking, workflow, compliance, reporting.
• Directly supervise staff responsible for tracking, recruitment support, and compliance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development for CPT unit.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management for workflow consistency.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and extended-hour staffing coverage.
• Oversee CPT workflows, licensure tracking, and placement outcomes in iCIMS.
• Monitor compliance risks and correct discrepancies in participant records.
• Lead development and improvement of CPT SOPs and workflows.
• Collaborate with RPD Data Analysts and stakeholders on system improvements.
• Generate reports and support state-related reporting requests.
