Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach in New Jersey to lead a studio, coach an average of 11 classes per week, and mentor a growing coaching team. You will deliver an exceptional client experience, uphold [solidcore] standards, and drive studio success through leadership and outreach.

The role requires 1-2 years of group fitness experience, energetic communication, and the ability to grow client partnerships in the local community while managing operations and studio knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Outgoing and personable with strong relationship-building.
• Able to lead a fast-paced class with energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio as the lead coach, maintaining a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and lead by example.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet utilization & retention targets for the studio.
• Assist with day-to-day operations per Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and partnerships to grow client base in the community.
• Provide coach development and trainings with in-person support.
• Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain product knowledge of class packages, promotions and apparel.
• Handle inventory and sales logs and keep equipment in top condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
