Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach who is passionate about sharing the solidcore brand and workout. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Head Coach coaches an average of eleven classes per week and delivers a best-in-class experience, setting the standards for other coaches to aspire to.

You will lead coach development, provide consistent feedback, assist with in-studio trainings, and support outreach to attract new clients and partnerships in the community.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach 11 classes per week.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service.
• Provide coach development and feedback.
• Assist with outreach to scout new clients and partnerships.
• Maintain product knowledge of studio retail and promotions.
• Ensure studio and equipment are impeccably maintained.
