Job summary

solidcore in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio’s coaching team and deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer experience. You will coach an average of 13 classes per week, model the solidcore brand, and guide new coach trainings under the Area Manager’s supervision.

You will drive community outreach, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain studio standards, inventory, and retail knowledge while fostering growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to coach an average of 13 classes per week.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Able to lift 30 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio as the lead coach and maintain a 13+ class weekly schedule.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service experiences.
• Support day-to-day studio operations under the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and marketing to scout new clients and community partnerships.
• Provide coach development and feedback, assisting new coach trainings.
• Respond to client requests promptly and resolve concerns.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail, promotions, and apparel.
• Execute routine tasks like ordering supplies and inventory.
• Ensure studio and equipment remain impeccable and functional.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
