Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach to lead studio coaching and deliver a best-in-class experience to clients. You will coach an average of 11 classes per week, set high standards for the coaching team, and partner with the Area Manager to support operations and growth in the community.

You will drive client relationships, culture, and retention while collaborating with other coaches to ensure exceptional workouts and service across the studio.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift / carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Permanent, exempt, full-time position with 40 hours per week (including classes coached).
• Flexible availability including weekends & holidays for training schedules and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio’s head coach with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches; deliver best-in-class fitness and service.
• Support studio operations and day-to-day tasks as directed by the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and community partnerships to scout new clients.
• Provide coach development and conduct trainings with in-person support.
• Maintain product knowledge and manage class packages, promotions, and apparel.
• Execute inventory, ordering supplies, and maintain sales logs.
• Maintain a clean, fully functioning studio environment and equipment.
