Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio team and deliver a high-energy, high-quality workout experience. You will coach an average of eleven classes per week, set standards for other coaches, and support new coach trainings with in-studio guidance.

You will drive exceptional client service, oversee day-to-day studio operations, and help grow the client base through outreach and partnerships while maintaining brand consistency and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift / carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio’s coaching team and maintain a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and provide feedback.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and outreach to grow client base.
• Provide coach development and in-studio trainings support.
• Maintain studio retail knowledge and inventory records.
