Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio team, coach 11 classes per week, and uphold exceptional client experiences. You will guide new coaches, drive engagement, and ensure operations run smoothly while delivering high-energy workouts.

You will mentor staff, support outreach initiatives, and maintain brand standards across all interactions. This full-time role offers growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong client relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio as head coach with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and provide development feedback.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service aligned with solidcore standards.
• Support studio operations, marketing outreach, and community partnerships.
• Provide in-studio trainings and informal/formal feedback to coaches.
• Respond to client requests promptly and resolve concerns effectively.
• Maintain product knowledge for class packages, promotions, and apparel.
• Manage routine tasks like ordering supplies and inventory.
